Payment Policy
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Guests MUST present valid passport or driver's license upon check-in. Failure to present valid documents will result in denied check-in with no refund.
- An additional fee of $100 will be charged for rooms left in extremely dirty conditions.
- Strictly no pets allowed in the motel
- Credit card details is required for the security deposit
Damage Deposit
- A damage deposit of AUD 100 is required. The property charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded by bank transfer if there's no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out.
We accept CC payments: Visa and Master card. Cash is also accepted for walk-in clients.
Please note that a surcharge of 1.0% applies for Visa and Master credit card transactions.
Non-refundable
- The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel anytime.
- The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price anytime.
- Please note that all deposit payment and additional charges paid at the time of booking are non-refundable as well as those bookings that falls during Holiday weeks and special events.
